If an item does  not work return it to the manufacturer. 

It is a non returnable item to Carrera Designs. 

Items are new in box and have a factory warranty described on the the manufacturer's web-site. 

IF you have a warranty issue w/this item you will return it w/ a copy of your  transaction  and warranty card provided in box w/ item postage paid by you and in the time period of the warranty . They will inspect  and review the item to determine   the status of repair or replacement. 

Do NOT return it to Carrera Designs as  that will  delay the process. 

Final decision is with stated manufacturer. 

International warranty may require a $ fee return to you postage fee  paid by the buyer.
